Guest Timeline

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you have time to relax and wind down in our waiting lounge. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time, resulting in a less effective treatment. We request that all electrolysis and skin care clients bathe prior to their appointment as needed to ensure a hygienic treatment area.

Health Problems and Comfort Level

Please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff to provide the best spa therapy for you. Please do not hesitate to tell us how you are feeling during your treatment. You may want to avoid treatments using hot stone or foot massage if you are pregnant.


Tipping is graciously accepted for work well done. Therapists as well as attendants will share in your generosity.

Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of a 48 hour notice in the event a service appointment needs to be cancelled for appointments with length of one hour or less.
72 hours notice for appointments of more than one hour.
A 100% no-show fee will apply in the event advance cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee should cancellation become necessary. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
