Ms. Navarrete is the owner of IBC and its principal electrologist. Her extensive experience as both a practicing electrologist and a trainer, as well as her personal commitment to her craft, make Ms. Navarrete a leading practitioner.

In addition to her expertise and qualifications, Ms. Navarrete is deeply empathetic with her patients. Since birth, she suffered from hirsutism: excessive hair growth due to increased levels of androgens. Beginning at age 19 she endured 2 years of daily electrolysis treatments, back when the epilators were not as efficient and mild as today’s models. Because of this experience, Ms. Navarrete knows firsthand what it’s like to have a lot of unwanted hair, and the time and financial commitment that is demanded from the electrolysis patient.

Genesis began her professional journey in animal care and veterinary services before transitioning to Massage Therapy due to her diagnosis with Crohn's disease. As a licensed massage therapist for four years, she found fulfillment in working with her hands while prioritizing her health.

She ventured into electrology, inspired by her fiancé’s experience and the significant impact of permanent hair removal on individuals' lives.

Her understanding of dysphoria informs her compassionate approach to treatment, ensuring that she provides care with sensitivity and precision.

She is dedicated to enhancing her clients' physical and mental well-being by effectively addressing their unwanted hair concerns.

Kimilia trained at the Berkowits School of Electrolysis in Forest Hills, NY, in 2024 and began her career at International Beauty Center later that year. She views electrolysis as a vital expression of bodily autonomy for her clients.

Her understanding of hormonal imbalances in women, along with their profound impact on life, allows her to approach her work with compassion and professionalism.

She is committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every individual feels empowered and confident in their choices.

Ren Morris (they/he) serves as a Junior Tech in Electrolysis hair removal, having transitioned from a legal career to embrace a more hands-on role in helping others.

As a transmasculine, non-binary individual from Austin, Ren takes pride in supporting the local transgender and gender-expansive community. Residing in South Austin with their spouse, Tory, and their four beloved tuxedo cats, Ren is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those around them.
